My web server has changed the way to update my website and blog. Don't they know not to teach an old dog new tricks? I can only update on my Android as my computer just keeps spinning and spinning much like my dog Aggie who spent the first seven years of her life trapped in a kennel as a breeder Fox Terrier. Now she has an entire couch to call her own and a queen size bed in the master bedroom.
Back to updates. I have been desperately trying to figure out my new host while writing another children's book and dealing with my new life post Remicade. I had hoped Marijuana might be doable if I retire but I was told that yes, MJ does mask the symptoms but more people end up having surgery than those on more traditional medications. Quote: Louann Carroll, first off the study did not achieve its end result of causing remission, secondly another study of using Cannabis for IBS for 8 months proved to be a trigger for requiring surgery the next year. So take it with a large grain of salt. And here is the link. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23648372 I have no idea what to do next. I see my Crohn's doc on the 22nd and get his opinion then I see the dermatologist the first week of May. In the meantime, I think my fingers look better but my digestive area not so much. To keep my spirits up I am redoing Professor Peanuts and his pals and I am self publishing and illustrating the book on my own. Sorry for the crooked pictures. I am still figuring things out. Thanks for stopping by! I promise, the next book after this will be a children's book about Crohn's disease. Comments are closed.
