Legal Americans Protected from Illegal Criminals #notfamilies

3/1/2017

In early 2017, a 19-year-old woman was arrested at the Mexican border by border agents while allegedly assisting a shipment of narcotics into the #United States. She walked in using the pedestrian lane from Mexico when a canine inspection discovered 5 packages of methamphetamine.

The woman, who was not identified, requested admission into the United States from CBP agents at the Eagle Pass International Bridge. The packages were concealed on the woman’s body containing 1.21 pounds of methamphetamine worth over 24 thousand dollars. The woman was arrested by CBP officers before being turned over to #Homeland Security.

In another instance, Pablo Bergen who was in the United States illegally was on welfare and collecting food stamps while distributing heroin earning him tens of thousands of dollars in drug money per year. Because of instances like these and even more violent criminal activities, Homeland Security Secretary John F. Kelly has ordered the director of U.S. Immigration Enforcement to create a program to assist victims of crimes committed by #illegal aliens.

Criminal illegal aliens often victimize Americans and other legal residents,” says Kelly, “and often are not provided adequate information about the offender, the offender’s immigration status, or any enforcement action taken by ICE against the offender.”

The secretary explained, “The liaison will facilitate engagement with the victims and their families to ensure they are provided information about the offender, including the offender’s immigration and custody status and that their questions are answered.”

Naming the criminal and supporting the victim is paramount to protecting legal Americans. In many cases, the media refuses to include the immigration status of criminal undocumented workers. One example is a Mexican national illegally present in the U.S. who killed a Houston, Texas couple while engaged in street racing was referred to as ‘a man’ or a ‘Houston man’. In almost all cases the undocumented person was not identified as an illegal alien.
It is estimated there are over 3 million illegal aliens in the United States with an estimated 1.9 million criminal illegal aliens. Last week immigration agents arrested more than 680 illegal immigrants who, in their opinion, posed a threat to public safety.

Approximately 510 of those individuals had criminal records in addition to not having legal presence in the United States. The operations took place in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, San Antonio and New York City. In the meantime, Southern California pastors fearing deportation for their parishioners are preparing safe houses for illegal aliens.

Many families are seeking safety from crumbling Central American economies, Mexican drug cartels, and forced enslavement. These are the people who must be protected within the United States not the criminals who victimize them.
