This is one of my favorite books of the year. I LOVE Abby and Caleb. Abby is the perfect teen narrator - hilarious and cute. I was crushing on Caleb right along with her.

Karma Bites is not your typical vampire story. It's like a contemporary/realistic story in a fantasy world. There's an underlying paranormal feel, but the relationships and emotions are all human. I'm recommending this to anyone who wants a fun, swoony
reading experience.

With a fun setting, a lovable and strong main character, two cute boys, and a crazy mom (or is she?), and a bit of mystery tossed in for flavoring, this is a fantastic book that really gets back into the roots of how vampires are portrayed.
