It's gonna snow!

Update on the update: Word on the street is, it's going to snow tonight, Two feet at the 2k level. Could tomorrow be a snow day? Or are they lying to me again? We're supposed to have wind gusts up to 50 mph. This could be the storm I've been waiting for.

Or not...

Update: OK, so fine. It didn't snow. It splatted for awhile, then we had some popcorn stuff that bounced around. Right now, the sun is shining. What kind of a winter is this? I have brand new sweaters still hanging in my closet!

Definition of Obsessive--resembling obsession. Amounting to an obsession.  (What kind of a definition is this one has to wonder.

Fanatical--extremely enthusiastic 

Nope, not me either.

Compulsive--driven to do something.

Oh, yeah that's me. I finished my edits on Shadow yesterday. I was so excited!

Today, half the brain says, just one more read through? 

Other half says, Oh, no, it's too long!

Guess which side won?

The compulsive side.

Anyone notice the strange weather? On Saturday I had shorts on, today I'm covered in sweatshirts and blankets.

My husband, Dennis, is starting to believe in the Mayan Calendar and anyone who knows him, understands this is a huge leap in his imagination.

We live by a lake. Every October they draw it down to make room for winter weather. It still isn't full. Now that's sad.

For my Chronie friends, I'm paying for the chocolate chip cookies. Big time. Ergh.

I'm just finishing my Shadow edits. Yippee! I love completion. I am so goal oriented.

Liquid Fear by Scott Nicholson is really good! I left my review over on Goodreads. I'll post my review on here and on Amazon as soon as I get time. If you like thrillers, this is one book worth reading. I did receive an unedited copy so my few objections are probably gone by now. I thought the characters a little shallow, but the suspense is killer.
