I don't know anyone better than me to discuss the drug smuggling issue at the border. Not only do I live in the midst of cartel marijuana fields I have also experienced the loss of a child's innocence to Mexico and illegal drugs. This is no way to live in the United States. Why hasn't the government closed the border with Mexico?
Money. Drug money. Cartel drug money. I feel for the innocents trapped on the border. The children from Central American, the women desperately trying to find their way to safety, but the heartache of watching a child nearly die from drug addition almost killed me. The fact that he was in his mid-teens was bad enough and that he actually knew cartel members was overwhelming. I have lived with taps on my phone, threats, and have even spent months looking over my shoulder in fear of retribution. And if you think it was bad on me you should meet my husband. But I am no longer afraid. In fact, I am ready to speak out. In 2015 methamphetamine production dropped in the US as production increased in Mexico because the meth made is much purer. In the US we can't even buy certain over the counter cold medications without going through a pharmacist making the Mexican production that much bigger because there are no restrictions in Mexico. If you think the government doesn't know drugs are coming over the border and our children are subject to them, you are terribly misinformed. I cannot describe how angry this makes me. Innocent Blood was my way of taking control. While the story is made up the emotions are very real. To hell with Mexico and its cartels. I hope they rot in hell. Comments are closed.
