Every New Beginning Comes from Another Beginnings End

This is a link to my blog at Crescent Moon Press. http://crescentmoonpress.com/blog/ I was writing about how life is all about changes as are the books I write. Everyone has a beginning, a middle, and an end. Life is the same way too.

The older we get the more we grow and the more beginnings we put behind us. Sadly, we put behind us lots of endings too. When a dear member of the family died I thought we (as a family) would never recover. We did. You don't forget, you just go on.

I finished up my end of the editing on A Shadow of Time. I hate to let go of my books yet you have to if you ever want to see them in print. My characters are like old friends and it's sad to say good-bye. Their life is complete, except for a little editing, and they are finally allowed to stand or fall on their own. Kinda like teenagers. (Hey, Jake. You reading this?)

Redemption is finished too. I might enter it in the Amazon Breakthrough Novel contest. Or maybe not. I haven't made up my mind. My next project is to finish book two of Gemini Rising. I was halfway done when Redemption popped into my mind and that book demanded to be written first. Go figure.

Gemini Two has tons of new characters along with Kate and Noah. Rathor is back and so are some angelic beings that turned out to be a little more rascally than I initially thought. Eh, what are you going to do when a book writes itself...  These things happen.

I wish all of you a very happy new year with tons of blessings and good things. I'm looking forward to 2011. Three books in one year is a pace I don't think I can keep up. I need to enjoy the sunshine. If it ever gets here.
