Funny as this one may be, it's the truth. Many of the drugs people with Crohn's take work against our immune systems. Much like when you supress the immune response in chemo drugs. You get to lose your hair, put on weight, and on occasion eat everything in sight. And you get nausea as a side effect. What could be better?

I know this feeling intimately. So does my family. But from the other side.

Yes. Thank God for the meds.

 I do stock toilet paper just in case... You know, all that disaster preparadness, end of the world type stuff.
