We are:
Empty Anxious Sad Grief stricken Sorrowful Helpless Lost Angry Bitter Nothing will ever be the same. She is the rock that held us together, the vine from which fruit sprang. Mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, rich with life, full of hope, grasping whatever life gave her turning lemon into lemonade. How will we survive without her? Taken too fast, yet saved from pain. Her strength is remembered by all. We are proud to call her family. We are sad to say good-bye. But it is only for a short while. I promise, family, we will see her again. She lives in the eyes of Grace and Monique and the tilt of Wendy's chin. The heroic courage of Shannon and the love of life in Alicia, all bring her back again. While we hurt she dances in the arms of heaven and smiles her enigmatic grin. A twinkle in her eye tells us not to sorrow, for she is truly home again. Comments are closed.
